Fair enough, but that’s all they play. 90% english songs…and those three artists.
And I have to give them credit for mentioning the St.Jean Baptist all day long on June 24.
Too bad they’d never consider France D’Amour, Plume, Les Colocs, Les Cowboys Fringants, Vilain Pingouin, Felix Leclerc, Gilles Vigneau, Lucien Francoeur/Aut’Chose, Pierre Flynn/Octobre, Richard Seguin, Dan Bigras, Eric Lapointe…
CHOM FM does play more french music that day, but you barely hear the difference. There’s so much good music in the Quebecois culture, a lot of it would classify as “classic rock”. But nooo…
Oh, they do play ONE SONG by Harmonium, and ONE SONG by Beau Dommage.
