Happy Mothers Day everyone.
I talk to my mom every week, sometimes twice a week.
It’s the little things that count. I always feel that I don’t do enough for my mom, but she loves to talk on the phone for hours.
And we usually don’t have too much to say, but neither of us minds.

LOL Spoke to her today again. And I laughed at one point, wondering why we keep talking for an hour without anything to say. It’s like we’re there together, just shooting the breeze.
Both my parents will turn 70 this summer and I try to take in every second I get. I know some folks aren’t as lucky as I am on that front.

My sons are good that way too. They keep in touch regularly. I bet your parents think like me. I truly appreciate the calls and the attention even though our lives are so different. It’s nice just to hear the sound of their voices.
